Return & Exchange Policy
At Perseo Joyas, every piece is uniquely handcrafted and custom-made upon order confirmation. To comply with international standards, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- You must contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your package.
- The item must be completely unused, unworn, in its original premium packaging, and in the exact same condition it was received.
- Because our workshop is located in Argentina, the customer is fully responsible for all international return shipping fees, customs duties, and dispatch arrangements back to our origin facility.
Once we receive the piece and verify its pristine, unused condition, a refund will be processed within 5 business days. For custom modifications or sizing errors on bespoke orders, please reach out to our team to find an artisanal solution.
