For international purchases (USD): I accept payments in U.S. dollars through a completely secure process via PayPal and international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others), which are processed directly at the store’s checkout.

Sterling silver may darken over time due to the skin’s natural pH, contact with perfumes, creams, or chemicals in the water; this is a natural process of the metal and not a defect. To restore its original luster, you can gently clean it with a cloth specifically designed for jewelry or a suitable metal cleaner. I recommend storing it in a dry place when you’re not wearing it.

For chains or pieces with areas that are difficult to reach with a cloth, you can mix baking soda with water to form a creamy paste and, using a small soft brush, scrub the mixture into the surface until you achieve the desired result. Do not do this with new pieces that do not require cleaning. This method is suitable for pieces that have been in use for years or that you have stopped using and want to restore to their former shine.

I make my pieces to order. The turnaround time depends on my current workload, but I’ll usually have it ready to ship within 1–2 weeks at most.

No. The total amount you pay when you complete your purchase covers the full cost of shipping right to your doorstep. You won’t have to pay any extra customs fees, additional taxes, or surcharges upon delivery, and your package won’t be held up at customs for this reason.
