PerseoJoyas is a startup based in Rosario. (Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina)
While studying art, I learned various jewelry-making techniques from local artisans and jewelers, working for private clients and selling my pieces at craft fairs.
My passion for art—and goldsmithing in particular—led me in 1999, with the help of a scholarship, to experience iconic works of Italian jewelry, goldsmithing, sculpture, and painting firsthand. There I encountered one of the most spectacular bronze sculptures by the Florentine sculptor Benvenuto Cellini, “Perseus with the Head of Medusa”—without realizing that it would leave a lasting impression on me… eventually becoming a guiding light and inspiration, and lending its name to my business.
Shortly thereafter, I opened my own jewelry and gem-setting workshop, offering my services to private clients and various jewelry stores in the city.
I’ve been selling online in Argentina since 2013, and in 2019, I started shipping my work to different countries through Etsy perseojoyas.etsy.com. Currently, for the U.S. and Canada, I have this shop that you’re visiting.
